End of the Rule of the Friars Minor

Let it therefore be permitted to absolutely no man to infringe upon this act of our confirmation, or to oppose it by any rash attempt. But if anyone should dare to undertake such a thing, let him know that he will incur the indignation of Almighty God and of the blessed Apostles Peter and Paul.

Given at the Lateran, on the twenty-ninth day of November, in the eighth year of our Pontificate.
