“Two nursing students in miniskirts were told that if they wanted to confess to Padre Pio they needed to wear longer clothes. They did, and looking in the mirror one of them said: We just look like clowns.
When Padre Pio arrived, looking at the line of people waiting, told the friar who was accompanying him: I am not going to confess those two clowns.” 2
